Biparn Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable Security Officers, Security Guards, and Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia. These are full-time positions offering secure employment and growth opportunities.
Security Officers / Guards
* Monitor and patrol assigned sites to ensure safety and security
* Control access to premises and verify identification
* Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
* Prepare incident reports and maintain records
* Provide customer service to clients and visitors
Commercial Cleaners
* Perform general commercial cleaning (offices, sites, facilities)
* Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal
* Cleaning of amenities including kitchens and restrooms
* Use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Skills and Experience Required
* Relevant qualifications (Security Licence for security roles)
* Previous experience in security or commercial cleaning preferred
* Robust attention to detail and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
Pay
$75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
