We have multiple entry - level Customer Service Representatives positions to commence
January 12th, 2026

Training:
You'll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 5-7 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight.
Roster:
You'll work 5 days a week on a rotating roster
Monday-Sunday
between
7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (AEST) (weekend hours are 9am – 4pm, but you will not be rostered every weekend)
So, what's the job?
* You'll be the first point of contact for INBOUND customer enquiries and complaints
* You'll provide clear, friendly support to customers and colleagues, making sure their questions are answered and issues resolved.
* You'll aim to achieve performance targets while maintaining excellent service quality in every interaction.
* You'll build relationships and rapport with customers, the cornerstone of our success
And what are we looking for?
We are looking for driven individuals who value customer experience, enjoy working within a structured environment and are ready grow their career in a corporate role.
* You'll have strong customer service / retail / sales or hospitality experience
* You'll demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
* You'll be a team player and be able to work toward shared goals
* You'll have a quick eye and attention for detail, and be able to use that information wisely
