Job Title: Business Support Officer
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Support Officer to support operations at a regional government site in North-East Victoria. This temporary full-time position plays a key role in promoting service excellence through the delivery of high-quality customer service, administration, and site management support.
You will be responsible for coordinating a range of site services including fleet management, contractor and tenant coordination, mail handling, and responding to face-to-face and phone inquiries from staff and the public.
This role is required to be on-site throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide front-line customer service and administrative support.
* Coordinate site services including fleet, contractors, tenants, and mail.
* Manage inquiries from staff and the public in a professional and timely manner.
* Support the day-to-day operations of the site.
Requirements:
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications is essential.
* Qualifications in Business Administration are desirable.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
