Are you passionate about building relationships and helping customers succeed? We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

As FlowLogic's Sales Executive, you'll be managing the full customer journey, playing a pivotal role in transforming the disability and care sectors across ANZ. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, demonstrating FlowLogic's value, and closing deals that lead to long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:


• Qualify and convert inbound leads generated through marketing and referrals.


• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and goals.


• Present tailored solutions using our flagship platform, FlowLogic.


• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving consistent sales growth.


• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Account Managers to align strategy and messaging.


• Maintain accurate records and forecast pipeline using CRM tools.


• Stay across industry trends and share client feedback to support product innovation.


• Consistently meet and exceed sales activity and conversion targets.


• Lead consultative conversations with inbound prospects, identifying needs and tailoring solutions that deliver value.


• Translating client challenges into tailored solutions that align with their goals and workflows.


• Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers in the disability, aged care, and allied health sectors.


• Managing and progressing a pipeline of qualified opportunities through to successful close.

What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:


• Successful track records in sales or account management, ideally in SaaS, tech, or care services.


• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.


• Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills.


• A knack for building trust quickly and identifying how tech can solve complex problems.


• Experience working with CRM platforms, (Hubspot experience is advantageous).


• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.


• Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria:


• Proven experience in new sales or account management, particularly in SaaS or technology environment.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.


• Strong analytical skills, using data to drive decision-making and optimize customer success.


• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.


• Experience with CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships.


• Current Australian driver's licence.


• National Police Check (current or willing to obtain).
