You're the performance mastermind who blends the best of both worlds: big-picture digital strategy + hands‐on activation finesse. You'll run, refine, report on, and revolutionise campaigns across platforms.

Responsibilities

* Develop, manage, and optimise performance media campaigns across SEM, paid social (Meta and other platforms), and marketplace media.
* Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies and executional plans.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to deliver insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement.
* Manage media budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
* Work cross‐functionally with the media and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and integration.
* Maintain strong relationships with platform partners.
* Support the Account Director, Business Director and Performance Director in developing performance frameworks, tools, and best practices across the agency.
* Develop and maintain performance media dashboards and reporting based on client needs and requirements.

Skills & Experience

You don't need to tick every single box. We value curiosity, adaptability, and a love for learning. But here's what will help you thrive:

* 3–5 years' experience in digital performance marketing within an agency or client‐side environment.
* Proven hands‐on experience managing campaigns across SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), paid social (Meta Ads Manager essential; TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest etc.), and marketplace media (Amazon Ads or similar platforms).
* A data‐driven brain that loves KPIs, ROAS, CPA improvements, and a systemised approach to optimisation.
* Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, DV360).
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data‐driven mindset.
* Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
* Excitement about AI in marketing.
