About the role: Reporting to the Nurse Director, Duties for the role will include: Coordinate and manage clinical trial protocols in general and acute medicine settings Provide specialised nursing care to trial participants Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams and principal investigators Monitor patient safety and adverse event reporting About you: Registered as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds a current practicing certificate.
Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision.
To be considered for the RN2C (Clinical Nurse) level you must have at least one-year, full time equivalent, post registration experience with experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
