About this opportunity
Our client is ideally looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their Property Management career and ready to take on a tiny portfolio with end to end duties. Whilst this is a "traditional" property management model, systems and processes within this agency are progressive and support and training from a hands on Principal will be provided.
You will have access to highly experienced and well-trained VA\'s to assist with administrative duties, this opportunity will allow you to build solid relationships with all of your Owners, Tenants and Contractors.
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 2 years experience within the Property Management arena, either in a reception or assistant property management role. A focus for professional growth into your own portfolio, along with a great attitude and drive is essential.
* A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
* You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
