About The Opportunity
This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take charge, lead from the front, and own the delivery of top-tier residential roofing projects.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins on-site, coordinating teams, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard, safely, efficiently, and with pride.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee job sequencing, safety, and quality control
* Lead and supervise roofing crews across multiple sites
* Represent company values and set the standard on-site
* Maintain daily site operations and ensure deadlines are met
* Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and stakeholders
* Take ownership of on-site troubleshooting and smooth project delivery
About You
You’re confident on the tools but also know how to lead. You enjoy working in a high-performing environment where your contribution matters, and you’re not afraid to step up and take charge.
You’ll Bring:
* A current driver’s licence and White Card
* Solid hands-on experience in metal roofing
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership and site management capabilities
* Physically fit with a sharp eye for detail and workmanship
* Working at Heights and high-risk licences (advantageous)
* A sound understanding of roofing systems, flashings, and installs
