About the Opportunity
The Procurement Systems Transformation Lead will spearhead key aspects of this initiative, encompassing process enhancement, digital transformation, system implementation and delivery, risk management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring milestones are met within timeframe and scope.
* Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, as well as internal stakeholders.
* Oversee procurement system implementation, striking a balance between time, cost, and quality.
* Catalyze solution workshops to design, standardize, and optimize procurement processes.
* Coordinate data migration and process transfer to fit-for-purpose systems.
* Implement change management methodologies to embed new systems.
* Promote project documentation, reports, and briefings to support project delivery.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues for seamless project execution.
* Streamline internal resources to support vendors and partners.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in project management, including agile methodologies.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
* Able to communicate effectively and lead solution design discussions.
* Experience translating manual processes to electronic platforms.
* Risk management and issue resolution experience in system implementation projects.
* Agile project management certification or equivalent project management qualifications highly regarded.
