what you'll do
This is a hands on, advisory role where you'll be coordinating core quality functions, while also influencing how teams think about and apply quality and safety in their day-to-day work.
You will:
* Support incident and feedback processes, including investigation, analysis and improvement actions
* Coordinate internal audits and supporting accreditation activities
* Work with teams to strengthen risk management practices
* Use data and insights to identify trends and drive improvement
* Support the development and maintenance of policies and guidance
* Build capability across the organisation through coaching and quality, risk and safety learning initiatives
* Partner with leaders to embed practical, consistent approaches to quality, risk and safety
what you'll bring
You're someone who understands that quality isn't just about compliance - it's about improving experiences and outcomes. You'll have experience in quality, risk or continuous improvement and enjoy working with others to improve systems and ways of working.
You'll also bring:
* Experience working with incident, audit or improvement processes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* The ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
