NSW Sales Growth Manager
This role involves driving growth within the NSW customer base through execution of our Trade Sales strategy. Opportunities will be uncovered within existing and new businesses to increase percentage share of wallet in the Silicone, Sealants & Adhesives industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic relationships with Trade Distributors to generate profitable sales revenue.
* Leverage experience in sales, account management, and new business acquisition.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Trade Sales role or hands-on application experience.
* Technical expertise in the application and performance of silicones, sealants, and adhesives in trade environments.
* Superior communication and influencing skills are essential for this position.
