Job Description
As a retail professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the presentation standards of our trade store. This includes merchandising and restocking products to ensure an excellent customer experience.
You will be responsible for informing customers about new product ranges and services where applicable, as well as understanding their sales history and proactively identifying requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
* Taking ownership of continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
In addition, some warehouse duties and lifting may be required.
