Assistant Manager Job Description
This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for assisting the Venue Manager in the successful operation of our business.
As an Assistant Manager, your primary focus will be on implementing venue operations on a day-to-day basis. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and work closely with the Venue Manager to achieve financial and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role is essential.
* Strong planning and organisational skills are required to lead, develop, and manage a large multi-skilled team.
* Operational experience is necessary to effectively assist the Venue Manager in achieving business targets.
* Highly developed understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences in line with our vision and goals is critical.
* A current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualification is mandatory.
