What we need from you / What our client requires

· Minimum 2 years of experience in in a Service Desk or IT support environment

· Experience with logging incidents, and escalating issues appropriately

· Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills

· Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance

We're seeking for a enthusiastic and motivated Service Desk Assistant to join our client's ICT team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for IT and a desire to grow in a structured, supportive team environment.

As part of the ICT team, you'll provide first-level technical support, assist with account setups, and help users with hardware and software issues. You'll receive comprehensive training and be part of a collaborative team that values service excellence, continuous learning, and teamwork.

Key Requirements

· Respond to ICT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems

· Troubleshoot basic issues such as password resets, account access, and device configuration

· Log and track incidents using the ICT service management system

· Follow standard procedures and checklists to resolve issues or escalate where necessary

· Communicate clearly with users, explaining technical concepts in simple terms

· Participate in training and team activities to build technical and professional skills
