About the Role
You'll play a critical part in driving customer acquisition by building relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants, and business owners. Your focus will be on providing whole-of-business finance solutions to customers, increasing funds under management, and supporting their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and leverage deep relationships with brokers and influencers
* Develop and implement structured sales strategies to drive momentum
* Analyse data and insights to identify opportunities and engage customers
* Collaborate with ANZ stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver excellent customer outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Business Development experience with a proven track record of building relationships and driving commercial outcomes
* Credit assessment and management skills
* Ability to prioritise and plan to meet customer needs and strategic priorities
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiencies and long-term value
* Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
