Field Service Technician Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on a variety of farming machinery to a high standard.

You will work independently within our area of responsibility, conducting inspections and making recommendations for repairs, diagnosing faults and rectifying according to approved procedures, and undertaking ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repair or maintenance actions
* Diagnose complex mechanical faults and failures using advanced diagnostic techniques
* Perform repairs and reconditioning of vehicle and machinery systems to a high standard

Requirements:

* Mechanical trade qualification (e.g. Diploma of Automotive Technology)
* Ability to diagnose faults and failures through modern diagnostic techniques
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
