Job Overview

The procurement specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the acquisition of goods and services aligns with business objectives while maintaining a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operational framework.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Converting approved purchase requisitions into strategic procurement documents
* Supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks & working closely with the accounts payable department
* Reporting, shared inbox management, and other administrative functions
* Vendor onboarding and relationship management
* Stakeholder engagement & providing exceptional customer service
