They are looking for enthusiastic Produce Pick Packers to train and invest in to provide a long term opportunity and grow with the business. The role will offer: $30.35/hr when first starting, moving to $31.19 after 3 months experience Incentives for high performers! The role will involve: Picking and Packing produce in an indoor setting You will use a lifting machine to access higher levels to pick (WAV Picker) – full training will be provided, no ticket is needed Sorting, weighing and packaging of picked produce Demonstrated ability to safely undertake repetitive manual handling tasks up to 25kgs Accurately labelling and wrapping Operation runs 7 days a week offering good amount of working hours Weekly roster is published via email each Sunday An ideal applicant will have: Suitable Visa/Working rights to work over 6 months with one employer! Self-motivation to meet achievable targets Ability to work alone or in a team as needed Availability to work morning, afternoon or occasional weekend shifts Ability to understand instructions in English is essential – some support for other languages is available.
