**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, you will be working in a hands-on role
managing a portfolio of key accounts within the residential building sector, owning
outcomes, nurturing strong relationships and communicating effectively across multiple
stakeholder groups.
This role is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Managing a portfolio of accounts in the residential building sector
- Supporting reliable 'Delivered In Full and On Time' outcomes
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining key account plans
- Meeting Key Performance Indicator targets and objectives
- Expanding revenue by cross-selling and upselling product ranges and services
- Forecasting customer demand requirements
- Maintaining current product ranging and customer requirement profiles
- Managing and communicating relevant changes with builder account activities
- Site visits and audits responding to customer requirements
- Proactively reporting customer and market insights and identifying related opportunities
**THE PERSON**
We are seeking an industry professional with a proven successful track record of
managing a portfolio of key accounts with a methodical and driven approach to
outstanding customer experiences.
You will also:
- Have previous customers who speak highly of your ability to understand their needs and build long-term relationships
- Be an active and intelligent communicator
- Convey a professional approach and ability to take the initiative
