We are seeking an exceptional Delivery Lead to drive the timely and within-budget delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be a digitally savvy individual who can motivate and guide their team while building strong, productive relationships with clients.
The role involves bridging the gap between branding and digital, defining company processes and roadmaps, and maximizing digital offerings. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering projects on-time and on-budget, consistently impressing clients with quality.
* Establishing genuine, lasting client relationships.
* Presenting work and facilitating meetings and workshops with confidence.
* Identifying growth opportunities that align with clients' business goals and digital strategies.
* Effectively communicating digital processes and projects to non-digital stakeholders.
* Managing the full project lifecycle, from research to post-launch activity.
This role also requires collaboration with the digital marketing team across all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, Social, and CRM. Additionally, you will need to scope projects, prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets, and act as a key source of client feedback and insight for broader teams.
Requirements for success include:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a digital producer role supporting and delivering digital projects.
* Ability to work confidently in cross-functional teams.
* Strong project management skills.
* Able to effectively work with Account Management teams.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with owning a project budget and transparent reporting.
* Experience with using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or other.
* Willingsness to adopt new tools as needs change.
