The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Travel Support Officer based at our Cooroy office on the Sunshine Coast, with rotational international deployments to Greece during the European summer.
You will play a key role in coordinating international and domestic travel, accommodation, transport, and administrative support for personnel, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with travel teams, workforce planners, and operational staff both in Australia and on-site internationally in Greece.
This role is ideal for someone adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. There is potential for conversion to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end international and domestic travel, accommodation, and transportMonitor travel schedules, manage changes, and maintain accurate records and complianceProvide on-the-ground travel and administrative support during 4–6 week international rotations in GreeceAssist with base administration, resource coordination, and seasonal mobilisation/demobilisationLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations
About You
Previous experience in travel coordination, administration, logistics, or a similar roleStrong organisational, time management, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with international travel for 4–6 week rotationsExperience in aviation, FIFO, or emergency services is highly regardedHigh level of attention to detail and professionalism
