About the role
Lead and deliver practical, commercially focused B2B marketing for a diversified food and ingredients business operating across Animal Nutrition and Human Edible portfolios. As Marketing & Corporate Services Manager, you will play a pivotal, hands-on role supporting sales teams, strengthening stakeholder engagement and bringing structure and clarity to marketing, communications and key business services. The role partners closely with Leadership, Sales and Operations to translate commercial priorities into effective marketing activity. Beyond marketing, you will act as a central connector across the business—owning communications, culture initiatives and select corporate services including IT liaison, recruitment coordination and operational support. This is not a traditional performance, brand or NPD-led marketing role. It is a broad, influential opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on ownership, autonomy and impact within a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment.
What's the opportunity?
* Deliver practical, effective B2B marketing that directly supports Sales teams
* Lead marketing projects and campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution
* Support brand management for exclusive and partner brands across both divisions
* Own communications activity to maintain engagement, transparency and alignment
* Manage and deliver internal and external events, with a strong internal focus
* Act as a trusted partner across Sales, Leadership, suppliers and service providers
* Bring structure, prioritisation and momentum to a broad, autonomous remit
Corporate & Business Services Scope
* Provide general business support across IT liaison and vendor coordination
* Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities
* Assist with operational problem-solving and cross-functional coordination
* Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives as the business grows
What will you need to be successful?
* 8+ years' marketing experience in a mid-level marketing role ideally in a B2B environment within food, agriculture, dairy or related sectors
* Strong project management skills with the ability to own work end-to-end
* Commercial mindset with a practical, execution-focused approach
* Confidence partnering with Sales, Operations and senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
* Comfortable operating in an autonomous, fast-moving environment
* Culturally aligned, visible and engaged—not desk-bound or siloed
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
