Description
In this position you will undertake general grounds maintenance (approx. 2 hectares) & routine cleaning of the administration building. Duties include, but not limited to, maintaining lawns, gardens, shrubs and facility surroundings and broader site vegetation management, attending to minor repairs and or make safe and liaise with trades when required. Position will also be required to supervise small teams of volunteers / working bees.
We are seeking an individual with a minimum 5 years' experience in horticulture / trade background or similar, with strong communication & organisational skills, ability to operate small plant & equipment and provide quality service delivery.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $45,150 gross per annum
* 12% superannuation
* performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
* annual award increase
