Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Growth and Profitability:
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and local market share;
* Provide expert advice and support to improve store operations;
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain support for corporate policies;
* Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial management issues impacting store profitability;
* Help Franchise Partners and Restaurant Managers grow their businesses through effective leadership and guidance;
* Develop Franchise Partners and their teams in line with the company's learning & development, succession planning and growth strategies.
Requirements:
* Solid business experience managing multi-site franchised and company operations;
* A strong focus on guest satisfaction;
* The ability to build relationships quickly with diverse stakeholders;
* Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills;
* Proven influencing and negotiation skills;
* Strong financial acumen, experience with P&Ls and budgets;
* Proven experience achieving KPIs and maximising profit.
