The Role
Seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Sydney team. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market commercial clients across industries such as manufacturing, import/distribution, marine, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of complex commercial accounts
* Build and maintain strong client and underwriter relationships
* Deliver proactive service and quick turnaround on client needs
* Collaborate with support staff and claims team for seamless service
* Travel interstate (NSW & VIC) for client engagement and renewals

About You
* Ideally 10–15 years' experience in commercial broking
* Proven success managing large accounts
* Strong mid-market expertise and underwriter relationships
* Confident across all lines of insurance

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex accounts
