Position Summary
This contract role sits within the firm's equity compensation business during a key transition period to an external service provider. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and continuity of service, assisting teams across trading, settlements, and reconciliations, while also supporting broader administrative and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with external service providers to support operational tasks and data extracts.
* Deliver accurate business and management reporting, along with essential administrative support.
* Assist trading, settlements, and reconciliation teams with daily workflow.
* Provide flexible support across multiple functions during the transition period.
* Track and resolve queries, escalating issues where appropriate.
* Build effective relationships with internal teams, global colleagues, and external providers.
* Follow compliance and audit processes, escalating risks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* 2–3 years' experience in financial services operations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
* Proactive, adaptable mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
* Experience collaborating with offshore colleagues across time zones.
* Proficiency with common office technology and reporting tools.
