Plant Operators (Loader & Excavator)
Recycling & Resource Recovery Facility
We are seeking skilled Plant Operators to support operations at our recycling and resource recovery facility. These roles are well suited to experienced loader and excavator operators who value safety, consistency, and working in a structured operational environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating loaders and excavators to facilitate the efficient movement, sorting, and processing of recyclable and landfill materials. Duties include feeding and loading sorting systems, loading walking floor trailers, and assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound material flows to ensure smooth daily operations.
Our site operates using a modern, well-maintained fleet of Volvo, Caterpillar, and Kobelco equipment. All processing activities take place within a purpose-built, fully enclosed recycling warehouse, allowing uninterrupted operations with no rain days or shutdowns.
About You:
* Proven experience operating loaders and/or excavators
* Strong understanding of safe work practices and operational procedures
* Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment
