ABOUT THE ROLE

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a talented Creative Lead with a passion for streetwear and a strong visual eye.

If you’re all about bringing brands to life in ways that connect and inspire, keep reading.

You’ll be leading a team of skilled, motivated creatives—shaping ideas that are bold, engaging, and built to resonate with our community. From campaign concepts to multi-channel execution, you’ll drive the creative vision while keeping things aligned, on-brief, and ahead of the curve.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, brings fresh thinking to the table, and knows how to turn insights into creative that hits home. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our brand culture-forward, authentic, and community-driven.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or something similar
•Extensive experience in a similar Creative Manager, Creative Director, Art Director role
•Proven communication, leadership and people-management skills
•Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
•Ability to creatively conceptualise ideas as well as give clear direction
•Ability to effectively communicate design briefs from conception to delivery
•Demonstrated high level organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage workflow and schedules to ensure timelines are being met
•Strong budgeting skills and understanding of copyright guidelines
