We are looking for multiple Customer Service Assistants in both fulltime and casual capacities to join our constantly growing business based in our location at the Gold Coast.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting customers, providing exceptional service in all customer interactions.
* Maintaining cleanliness and supporting smooth operation of the branch showroom, yard, and storage areas.
* Completing inspections, cleaning, maintaining and servicing hire equipment to a high standard.
* Coordinating with operation and workshop team members to ensure timely preparation and availability of equipment.
* Instructing and demonstrating to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
* Ensuring pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites and between branches.
* Ensuring equipment is loaded and unloaded safely.
* Processing hire contracts, including paperwork and payment transactions.
* Providing detailed information on equipment usage, availability, and pricing.
* Assisting with general tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in the hire, construction industry or a similar customer facing type role.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in machinery and equipment (training will be provided).
* Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications.
* An LR licence (or higher) and/or a forklift licence will be highly regarded.
