Health, Safety and Environmental Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with project and corporate leadership to ensure best practice health, safety and environmental performance is achieved and maintained on designated projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project and corporate leadership to ensure best practice health, safety and environmental performance is achieved and maintained on designated projects.
* Liaise and communicate with client representatives as required to foster a productive and cooperative working relationship.
* Undertake and participate in audits to ensure compliance with project health, safety and environmental management plans and against integrated management systems.
* Perform governance activities and coaching to champion critical risk management guidelines.
* Coach workers and leadership to excel in their approach to all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management.
* Assist in the review of statistics and development of improvement strategies.
* Identify and control operational risks and hazards.
* Investigate and determine the root causes of incidents, hazards and other unsafe conditions on the job site and/or office.
