We are seeking a skilled and organized Service Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of our rental fleet, managing work orders, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate work orders, purchasing, and procurement for our equipment
* Offer technical assistance to service technicians, including issuing spare parts and materials
* Maintain stock levels, process purchase orders, and receive goods
* Operate forklifts and assist with yard operations, including stocktakes and equipment movements
* Carry out minor services and repairs under supervision
* Maintain a clean and organized store and yard environment
