About the role 
They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their fast-paced team in Castle Hill. This is a full time position, working 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. 
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career within the healthcare industry. 
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following 
Data entry & document control 
Purchasing 
Invoicing 
Billing 
Event organising 
About you 
To be successful in this position you need to be a quick learner and have a 'can do' attitude 
Intermediate to Advance skills in MS Office 
High attention to detail 
Ability to work under pressure 
Clear communication skills 
Be a team player with a positive attitude
