Network Operations Leadership Role
This leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring the resilience and reliability of Australia's digital infrastructure. As the head of network operations, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our network, including major incident response, emergency preparedness and restoration, network change and power resilience strategies.
About Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team responsible for managing one of nbn's most critical functions, ensuring the reliability and resilience of Australia's digital backbone.
* Oversight of the end-to-end management of network operations, including major incident response, emergency preparedness and restoration, network change and power resilience strategies.
* Shape how we manage planned and unplanned outages to safeguard service continuity and deliver on our purpose of uplifting Australia's digital capability.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our network operations. This includes managing teams, resources, and budgets to achieve these goals. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
