$36 – $47 p/hour plus shift loading and allowances
Supporting people living with a disability in a Group Home.
Responsible for the facilitation of resident’s personal development and community participation.
Assist in the efficient management of the household.
Promote and maintain a healthy, protected environment and manage crisis situations.
Experience in working with people with a disability and a commitment to enhancing their lives.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Ability to work as part of a team.
Understanding of EEO and anti-discrimination, WHS principles and commitment to ethical practices.
NDIS Practice Standards
Commitment to the NSW Disability Inclusion Act 2014.
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
Current First Aid Certificate.
