About this role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our General Insurance team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to a team of Partners and Lawyers.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional telephone handling and customer service skills;
* Draft and prepare various documents, including billing and client correspondence;
* Manage client file maintenance and coordinate outgoing mail;
* Assist with research and data entry tasks;
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality;
* Perform other administrative duties as required.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role;
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
* Experience with legal billing systems and document management software (desirable);
* A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
