We are looking for candidates seeking Temporary & Contract positions.
Some of our roles start at just a few days and can be up to 12-month Temp to Perm positions
Some of your general responsibilities may include:
* Welcoming and assisting all visitors and clients in a professional manner
* Handling incoming calls and reception inboxes, redirecting as required
* Coordinating meeting rooms, events, and catering for internal and external stakeholders
* Liaising with building management and facilities teams
* Maintaining tidy and presentable communal and front-of-house spaces
* Managing incoming orders and maintaining office supplies
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and professional presentation
* Ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
