Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced People & Culture Business Partner for a part-time (3 days per week) fixed-term role (12 months) based in Geelong.
The successful candidate will work three days per week on a twelve month contract in a hybrid office/work-from-home role.

Responsibilities
A true generalist role, the People & Culture Business Partner maintains a continual focus on providing positive outcomes and a strong workplace culture, whilst also supporting organisational growth.
The successful candidate will collaborate with People Leaders to align strategies with organisational and team goals, fostering an inclusive, goal-oriented and engaging work environment.
This role is responsible for providing managers and employees with day-to-day professional, responsive support across all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee engagement and IR/ER.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Human Resource Management (ideal)
Minimum five years' experience in a similar role
Previous experience interpreting Awards (ideally with knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry (SCAHDS) or Supported Employment award)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex matters and advice
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in OHS legislation, regulations and standards
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies and procedures in the delivery of human resource services
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines whilst managing competing priorities
Demonstrated change management capabilities and proven ability to lead safety culture improvements
Proven ability to build strong professional relationships quickly and use influence in a positive manner
Experience and/or knowledge of the Disability industry (desirable)
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
A valid Victorian Working With Children (Employee) Check (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum one dose of COVID-19 vaccination (or proof of exemption)
