We are seeking a skilled Marketing Video Creator to produce high-quality video content that showcases our mission and strengthens our reputation.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing engaging video content for social media, websites, events, and campaigns. They will also create podcast material that positions us as subject matter experts and coordinate the filming and livestreaming of important events.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio of work that includes telling real-life stories. They should be familiar with setting up camera, sound, and lighting equipment, specifically the Sony FX6 and A1.
Strong project management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to direct talent and make residents/clients feel at ease in front of the camera. The candidate should also be able to understand and respond to the requirements of diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio of work that preferably includes telling real-life stories.
* Familiarity with setting up camera, sound, and lighting equipment, specifically the Sony FX6 and A1.
* Experienced user of photo and video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and After Effects.
* Familiarity with webinar and live-streaming platforms including Zoom, YouTube, and MS Teams.
* Understanding of aged care and community services (desirable).
* Drone footage experience or certification (desirable).
* Excellent camera and editing skills.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Ability to direct talent and make residents/clients feel at ease in front of the camera.
* Ability to understand and respond to the requirements of diverse stakeholder groups.
