What's the role?
This is your opportunity to lead with purpose in a role that sits at the frontline of financial crime prevention. As Senior Manager, Quality Assurance – AML, you'll be based in Parramatta, NSW, working full-time within our Quality Assurance & Enablement team. You'll lead a team of specialists, guiding them through complex investigations and quality assurance reviews across Transaction Monitoring, AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC, and customer due diligence.
You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering a robust QA framework that ensures our financial crime operations are not only compliant but consistently high-performing. From coaching analysts and refining processes to reporting insights and driving continuous improvement, you'll be at the centre of a fast-moving, high-impact environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, leadership, and making a real difference in how we protect our customers and our community.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone who's confident, capable, and ready to lead. You'll bring a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people leadership to the table. Here's what will set you up for success:
* Strong experience in financial crime investigations or quality assurance, with a focus on Transaction Monitoring.
* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, both locally and offshore.
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present findings and challenge outcomes constructively.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
