You will be joining the Contact Centre Team, supporting their clients with inbound SaaS platform enquiries. Full training will be provided in this role and this is the team where top performers are recognised and promoted quickly....
Your responsibilities will be:
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Handling high volumes of inbound phone enquiries
- Actioning client requests
- Working to KPIs
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Recording details of cases for further escalation
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Prior call centre experience or experience in a fast-paced office environment handling large volumes of inbound calls
- Excellent spoken English with a confident & friendly phone manner
- Proactive and a can-do attitude
- Top time management skills
The salary guide for the position is $54,600 + Super + endless staff benefits including **platinum gym membership, breakfast & lunches daily, free barista coffees, 5 additional "Be Me" days per annum and more.** Standard hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and the company offers a flexible hybrid work from home / work from office model.
