Job Description
As a leader of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. This includes health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA and any other appropriate regulations required for the legal operation of the business.
You will also ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the mission and vision statements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure profitability by operating shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth
* Provide leadership to the team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
* Assist in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and initiatives in a profitable and timely manner
* Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under guidance
* Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in the food service industry and knowledge of company policies and procedures is highly desirable.
