Lead Operations Manager – Plumbing
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia. We seek high-caliber candidates for our assignments which span small to major engineering and construction projects and mainstream operations in select sectors.
Synopsis: This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead daily operations for a respected Northern Territory contractor based in Tennant Creek, NT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing people, plant and client outcomes across residential, community and government works while driving safety, efficiency and quality across all projects.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, workforce scheduling and dispatch.
* Manage supervisors, crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment allocation.
* Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are consistently met.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders; resolve issues and variations.
* Support quoting, invoicing and job cost reviews.
* Drive productivity, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: A proven leader in plumbing, hydraulic or building services operations. Skilled in scheduling, dispatch, client liaison, quoting and invoicing. Strong understanding of remote or regional project delivery highly regarded. Cert IV in Plumbing or relevant trade/industry qualification preferred. Current driver's license and full Australian working rights essential.
