The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Manager to lead our service centre team with immediate effect.

* Day-to-day operational management of the service centre, including:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our loyal customer base;
* Managing quotations, invoicing, and job reconciliation processes;
* Liaising with suppliers for parts ordering;
* Delegating tasks and providing guidance and direction to a small, efficient team.
Key responsibilities also include maintaining impeccable personal presentation as the front-facing representative, previous management experience in the motor industry and sound mechanical knowledge are advantageous, commitment to customer service excellence and talent for sales, minimum 3 years' experience as an Automotive Manager is preferred, professional and reliable attitude, loyalty and accountability, compliance with Work Health & Safety rules, regulations, and procedures, effective time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
