Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil and Concrete Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the direct hire scope of works and ensuring that construction operations and contractors' performance meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and enforce compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards;
* Coordinate the performance of installation contractors and manage project status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems;
* Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients;
* Review and approve sub-contractors' submittals, technical queries, field change documents, and other technical documents;
* Coordinate and monitor interfaces with other work groups;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognized degree in engineering or minimum 10 years of experience in civil and concrete works on industrial plants;
* Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects in a contractor or PMC role;
* Thorough knowledge of standards, specifications, and codes as applicable, including safety procedures and practices;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships;
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently with professional judgment;
* Demonstrated knowledge of complex formwork systems and installation processes;
