**_About you_**
- Experienced in managing a team in a high volume turnover flagship shop
- Previous experience leading a team within a multi-tier management structure is preferred
- Strong communication, coaching skills, a hands on ability - know how to empower and inspire your team to achieve their goals
- Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture.
**_ About the role_**
- Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the sales floor and receiving/processing area
- Leading by example and role-modelling outstanding customer service by meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors
- Welcoming and training new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles.
- Coaching team members on supporting the general retail operations for best outcomes and sales
- Lead meetings with key stakeholders to ensure a safety culture within the business
