Install, service, and repair equipment in-house and on-site as required in accordance with service and maintenance agreements. Respond to requests for emergency repairs and provide rostered standby support 24/7. Liaise with Call Centre and technical staff to maintain, service and repair equipment per requirement and quality control standards. Undertake training and provide training and technical support for customer staff and sub-contractors where required. Perform tests on units using required tools and meters and prepare detailed reports on tests carried out such as load test, battery test, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), etc. Ensure that all service reports are submitted within 24 hours of job completion. Liaise with Project Management and/or Sales team to carry out site inspection, commissioning and testing of Project jobs. This will involve the creating, modifying of all documentation and reports for submission. Be aware of the company's and your own obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations as well as the company's documented Quality Management system.
