About the Role
This position oversees the workings of any one outlet. You will lead Demi Chefs, Cooks, Apprentices/Trainee, and Kitchen Hands while maintaining high quality products and service levels.
You will work closely with the Junior Sous/Sous and Executive Sous to align food costs for any designated outlet.
About You
Previous experience working in a similar role is required. A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is also necessary.
