Time for a change?
You're reading this so we'll guess what you're doing now isn't working for you anymore and you're probably in one of these situations.

Our approach
I was just like you before I started Brisbane Plumbing & Gas back in 2005.
So I started the kind of business I wished I could have worked for.
Over the last 20 years we've had good times and tough times.
No matter what - I've always focused on building a business where everyone on the team feels respected and has fun at work (well as much fun as you can have plumbing).
It's paid off because our great reputation and loyal customers have helped us earn over 650 reviews with an average 4.9 star rating on Google.
The demand for what we do is growing every week as more customers get wise to the high priced PE-owned operations and don't want a bar of the cut-price cowboys.
What's it like working for us?
We only do one thing - residential maintenance work.
Not real estate work, not construction, not renovations, not roof work, not commercial work.
We take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves seriously. If we didn't have a laugh in this game we'd definitely want to cry some days
We work smarter not harder - using technology, automation, and even AI to make our lives easier wherever we can. iPads, ServiceM8, Reece Max, Chat GPT plus tried and tested workflows.
Our office is on Barwon Street in Morningside where we keep all our gear and our lovely Office Manager Natalie stays on top of the phone, the admin and the scheduling for us.

And what we want from you is to be a qualified plumber (ideally also a gas-fitter) with a great attitude, who's open to learning and want's to build a career and lifestyle with this trade.
We will never ask you to do what we won't do ourselves.

The one absolute non-negotiable is that you're a licensed Plumber with residential maintenance experience.
