Job Description
We are seeking a passionate HR Business Partner who thrives on empowering leaders, building strong partnerships and brings a strategic and enterprise lense to people, culture and capability.
In this role, you will deliver tailored people solutions, strengthen leadership capability, and align people priorities with business objectives to drive the ongoing success of Adecco DFR.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders on workforce strategy, performance, culture, and organisational change
* Partner with senior leaders to diagnose people priorities and implement initiatives that drive business outcomes
* Coach people leaders to enhance team leadership and cross-team collaboration
* Manage employee relations and WH&S cases in line with policies and legislation
* Analyse workforce trends to support strategic decision-making
* Lead change initiatives by developing business cases and managing stakeholder engagement
* Drive employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment
* Collaborate with HR and Training teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support
* Provide timely feedback to improve workforce efficiency and agility
* Stay current on HR best practices and legislative changes to advise leadership
Candidate\'s Profile

Your background will demonstrate:
* 6+ years\' experience in HR business partnering or an advisory role, with strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights across workforce planning, succession, change leadership, performance development, and employee relations
* Extensive ER/IR expertise, with case management experience
* Excellent judgement and risk awareness and the ability to navigate complex people matters
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and enable others in the delivery of HR services
* Ability to develop effective relationships with senior leaders and influence strategic outcomes
* Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to adapt communication and messaging based on audience.
