Join our Team as a Caretaker at Eureka Villages

About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a hands on and dedicated Caretaker to join our team in Terranora on a Full-Time basis. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring well-maintained grounds, facilities, and a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

You’ll enjoy Monday to Friday daytime hours (with occasional flexibility) across 4 acres of outdoor space, offering a varied and active workday.

Key Duties:

* Maintain and tidy communal gardens, lawns, and pool areas
* Perform minor repairs: locks, signage, potholes, general upkeep
* Support maintenance of fences, paths, driveways, and shared spaces
* Operate caretaking equipment safely and ensure secure tool storage
* Monitor lighting, report hazards, and escalate maintenance issues
* Coordinate and liaise with external contractors (e.g. pest control, gutter cleaning, fire safety)
* Maintain positive relationships with Body Corporate and Eureka Village Management

About You

* Experience in caretaking, landscaping, maintenance, trades, or groundskeeping
* Comfortable working independently and managing outdoor, hands-on tasks
* Knowledge of WHS procedures and safe equipment use
* Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
* Familiarity with working under Body Corporate or strata structures is ideal
